A new beauty app that matches foundation, concealer and tint to your skin has been launched. Slapp is created by beauty editor Jamila Robertson with the aim to offer inclusive beauty by promoting brands that cater to all skin tones, whilst making foundation easier for you to shop for.
Slapp offers personalised beauty for the millennial women who does not have the time to hunt down the right bases. To use the app all you have to do is take a selfie and you can shop the products that match your complexion, either in the app or from the comfort of your sofa, uber or desk. Plus you can save as many shades as you want.
Jamila is the lady behind online magazine, Blush London and she has a background in fashion and beauty, having worked for the likes of Jo Malone and Fendi. After attending various beauty launches where brands would introduce new products that did not cater for her shade, she grew frustrated and decided to take a stand with Slapp.
The app offers same day delivery. Plus there will be new brands added the the Slapp store every month. Shopping for makeup has never been easier.
Slapp is free to download and is available exclusively to iTunes but it will be launching on Android in December.
