Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask

I picked up the Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask as a gift that you get when you buy two products from Clinique. I have always been obsessed with face masks but only recently got into overnight face masks.

It is a moisture mask that intensely hydrates and moisturises overnight. It promises to creates an invisible “net” to hold moisture on your skin. It also strengthens your skin’s moisture barrier and helps protect against nighttime moisture loss. On top of that this mask contains antioxidants which calms and soothes your skin.

I popped this on during my overnight flight to Nigeria - I never take the time to look after my skin when I am flying and therefore end up with dry and very dehydrated skin. I was determined not to have that happen to me again so this mask came in handy.

The texture is quite light compared to a lot of overnight masks I have used so I applied a lot onto my face. Six hours later I washed it off and was left with soft and refreshed skin that felt very moisturised. 

This is now my go to face mask for when my face needs a bit of a perk. It is so gentle that I have used it two or three nights in a row. I had the travel size which I started using back in October and it is still going strong so it is definitely value for money.
